OFL IMPLEMENTS TWO PRIMARY TECHNOLOGY PLATFORMS
Hub Systems
Hub Systems is a multi-platform and tailored core transport system, dispatch solution. Hub allows full Chain of responsibility monitoring Ensuring Drivers cannot start a job without the correct prestart check lists completed. Making sure that once the job is received and accepted by the driver, live updates and GPS tracking are provided through the app as well as sign on glass and image capture technology, all the information is sent on the proof of delivery to the nominated email address immediately upon completion of each load.
Hardware GPS system
Hardware GPS system, mounted on each trailer that Trademark Transport owns. This is not cloud based and works independent to the other system. This ensures full transparency for between the applications and ensures that we are able to have 2 systems that provide redundancy.
SAFETY PRE START
All drivers must fill out a pre-start checklist before commencing any work. If a vehicle or trailer is not suitable for work, our system will not allow the driver to start the job and an alert is sent to our dispatch office. Pre Start check must be signed by the driver. Please see below for the example of the pre start check.
ROUTE PLANNING
All routes will be planned and uploaded for the drivers to take using our system, route planning will be done by our RMS Heavy Vehicle Assessor that will be overseeing this project to ensure compliance with all road rules and regulations. Our Route planning system will show the route that the driver must take and will also show any deviation in the route to be correct. The Green route on the plan is the route that has been planned by the driver.
CHAIN OF RESPONSIBILITY
All drivers and staff working have been trained to ensure that all chain of responsibilities are maintained and ensure that every load that is being done, is done under the correct compliance and chain of responsibility. We ensure that all freight that we move are done with the correct restraint systems, as safely as possible for all parties involved. Our compliance officer oversees and ensures that any issues that are raised are actioned by the responsible party. Our main priority and concern is safety for all involved in the supply chain. We strive to do all in our power to ensure that safety is kept at number one followed by all else. This is why we have the above measures including an in house RMS Heavy Vehicle Assessor to ensure this is upkept and maintained at all times.
VEHICLE TRACKING
We can provide dedicated vehicle tracking to the nominated people to be able to monitor and manage the process. Our live vehicle tracking will show the exact location and speed of the driver as well as direction of travel. This give transparency to our clients and ensures that they are constantly receiving the correct data for their freight requirements.
